l have been looking at this dressage saddle b/c it looks really nice and its within my price range. l was just wondering if anyone has the saddle and what they think of it. My most concern is for the comfort of my horse. Do your horses go well in this saddle? l do not want one that will restrict my horse is great movement.

it seems like a very expensive, but good saddle. It would be comfy for you but l dont know about your horse

EDIT: Also my friends & l were just talking about monoflap saddles today & all of my friends that have tried them said that the monoflap dressage saddles r *not* kind to women but that the monoflap jumping saddles r nicer. l cannot say if this is true about all monoflap dressage saddles, but it is something to think about!

l do not own this saddle [[ l have a Prestige Optimax ]] though I've heard good & bad about this saddle.

-I've also heard that monoflap saddles do not wear the best.

I'd stick with a traditional two-flapped saddle. Not many dressage riders, including grand prix ones, seem to like/have monoflaps. If u have $1500 to spend on a saddle I'd get a quality used saddle. Go to a tack shop, sit in the saddles, see what u like even if it is way out of ur price range, then look for it used. Just be sure that if u get one used that u take it on trail to be sure it fits ur horse.
