Professional Equine bell boots are the best. l know this from experience. They are heavy duty, come in very cool/fashionable prints but are not heavy weight. Their Awesome. Pulling manes is really simple.take the longest few peices of hair (after you combed it), UP comb the top part to make sure you do not get too much, then wrap it about a normal comb and pull out.

centaur, eskadron, davis, & any other bellboots r fine. they all have the same purpose & basically get the job done. mane pulling thins the mane & makes it easier to braid for shows. u take a pulling comb, brush a section of the mane half way down, twist the mane around the comb, & give it a quick tug. pull the mane after exercise, because his pores will be open & the hair will come out easier. it is kind of hard to explain, so here is a video:
