When trailering do you prefer a tail wrap or a tail bandage and why?

If my horse has a tendancy to ''sit'' on the butt bar, l will use a full tail bandage to protect the dock. Otherwise, l just use a wrap. l am wary of bandages because they can tighten if you are not watchful and cut off bloodflow to the dock, causing the tail to die.

l do not use either. Never had any issues with my horse is tail and the trailer.

Neither. Our trailer is warmblood size, and we always have hay for our horses when we trailer, so they're back enough to not need anything for their tail.

l personally do not mess with the tail when trailering, but l rarely go long distances. Not being a necessary thing, l suggest neither.
