l have 12 Quarter Horses,7 Paint Horses and 5 Arabians. l barrel race and all these horses do really well. The paints l just use on the ranch,mainly,though.the arabs do well barrel racing because theyre lightweight and tall. The quarter horses do really well in anything l do,wether it is barrels,poles,or the ranch course.or farm and ranch work,like roping.

l can not afford a horse. l live in a city, where there are way too many cars, and my backyard will be too small for a horse and no one owns a horse except for the slaughterhouse 3 km away.
l have a niece that lives with my grandma in a diffrent country, and she owns a cow, a pig, chickens, ducks, etc. etc. etc!!!!!!

l own a 7 year old quarter horse and a 16 year old Arabian. l love them both very much and enjoy having them around, but if l were to suggest a breed for a new buyer l would go with the Quarter Horse.

l own two arabians! One is a Al Khamsa Blue list mare in foal for a Al Khamsa foal due in march and the other is a Al Khamsa, Straight Egyptian and Asil mare going to be bred for 2010 AK SE and Asil foal
My AK mare is broke undersaddle and a great lesson horse for new riders while my gray 4 year old AK SE is ready to be put undersaddle now that mentally she has matured as well as physically.
