All you should need is a well rounded feed. Something that has vitamins and minerals, and sufficient amount of protein.

l give mine Omelene 200, also equishine ( l like what it does for his coat), and a daily dewormer.

She does not necessarily need any. If u r feeding a complete grain according to it is label directions along with plenty of high quality hay & she has a salt and/or mineral block, then all her nutritional needs should be met. Do u have a specific issue that u want to address? For instance, if she has bad feet u could feed her a biotin supplement, but if her feet r healthy as is, there is no need.

There r other things u can spend ur money on to make her healthy & happy.

A good healthy diet is the first start. Me and my best-friend use For-A-Flex. It is an all around supplement for hoofs, hair growth, etc.

If u r feeding quality feed & good hay then she probably does not need any supplements at all. Save ur money. Unless ur horse has a specific deficit in her daily nutrients or a specific problem she needs help with, such as joint supplements (mostly for older horses) then most horses do not need extra supplements. It can be dangerous to over supplement a horse.

My horses have quality grazing in the summertime, quality grass hay in the winter time & have never been on extra supplements. They do not look any less healthy than any other horses around.

You do not even need to give your horse any Special feed as long as it is getting good quality hay and maybe a little oats each day. Make sure your horse always has clean water to drink and a salt and mineral block available year round.
